建立了与传统测试不同的动态测试高吸水卫生材料吸液特性的方法,用图像处理技术定义了3条特征曲线,用以评价高吸水卫生材料的液体扩散性能。实验结果表明:不同样品的特征曲线的形态差异明显,可以客观地反映出不同样品的液体扩散性能,并揭示出液体扩散的机理。
The dynamic test and evaluation method of liquid transfer behavior in disposable diapers is set up, liquid transfer behavior is investigated by image processing system, and three characteristic curves such as absorbed water, diffused water, and remained water on the surface of sheet are obtained. New parameters showing diffusion rate in horizontal and perpendicular directions are defined from the curves of diffused water. Wetting rate and water remaining rate are also defined from the characteristic curves of remained water. Total quality of absorbent hygiene materials is evaluated objectively by these parameters.
