This paper gives a new definition of a derivative of set-valued functions in terms of Dubovitskij-Miljutin cone.Fritz John necessary conditions for the set-valued optimization problem to attain its super efficient solutions are obtained by using the derivative.Under those assumption of convexity of new kind sufficient conditions for the set-valued optimization problem its super efficient solutions are obtained.
