目前我国高职教学资源库建设存在着诸多问题：参与群体少,缺乏制度化管理,数字化教学资源库建设后继乏力,教学针对性较差,资源利用率较低;缺乏统一的评价体系;入库资源没有统一的具体的技术规范和标准;对库中内容建设重数量、轻质量;资源征集渠道太少,征集困难。高职院校应依托现代信息技术和可靠的硬件设施将学校和企业有机地融合,建设高质量的数字化教学资源库,发挥企业资源优势,实现区域资源共建共享,形成资源库建设的长效机制。
英文摘要：
For the time being the construction of instructional resources database in China＇s polytechnics are faced with such problems as fewer paticipants, lack of management regulations and unified assessment sys- tems, discontinuous support for the digitalization of resources, poor purpose orientation, low utilization ratio, failure to set up unified standards for various collected resoul~ces, quantity orientation rather than quality orientation ,fewer channels for material collection and difficulty in obtaining resources. To construct high quality digitalized instructional resources database, make full use of the advantageous resources of various enterprises, realise co-construction of shared regional resources center and establish effective long-term database, polytechnics should rely on modern IT technology and hardware to successfully combine colleges with enterprises.
