目的研究萝荤科鹅绒藤属植物合掌消(Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb.etZucc.)的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从合掌消中分离得到11个已知成分,分别鉴定为4-甲基苯甲酸(1)、香草醛(2)、香草酸(3)、丁香醛(4)、丁香酸(5)、芥子酸(6)、华北白前醇(7)、琥珀酸(8)、5-羟甲基糠醛(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb. et Zucc. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb. et Zucc., whose structures were determined as p-toluic acid ( 1 ), vanillin (2), vanillic acid(3 ), syringaldehyde( 4 ), syringic acid ( 5 ), sinapic acid ( 6 ), hancockinol ( 7 ), succinic acid ( 8 ), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde(9), β-sitosterol (10), and daucosterol ( 11 ). Conclusion Compounds 1 - 11 were isolated from Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb. et Zucc. for the first time.
