为了研究应力敏感引起的页岩储层渗透率变化及其对页岩气产能的影响,选取4块川东南龙马溪组页岩岩心,采用"SCMS-B2型高温高压岩心多参数测量仪"进行应力敏感实验研究,对比分析了渗透率幂律模型与指数模型的拟合结果,结果表明幂律模型相关系数较高。在此基础上建立了考虑应力敏感的页岩气单井产能预测模型。以C-X井为例,分别应用考虑应力敏感的产能模型与不考虑应力敏感的产能模型比较,预测结果表明,用考虑应力敏感的产能模型计算的无阻流量为12.45×10^4m^3/d,约为用不考虑应力敏感产能模型计算的无阻流量的38.82%;确定合理产量为(2.49~4.15)×10^4m^3/d。建议生产时控制井底流压由原始应力缓慢降至20.51 MPa进行生产,并始终保持大于17.22 MPa。
In order to research the permeability change of shale reservoir caused by stress sensitivity and its influence on the productivity of shale gas well,the stress sensitivity of 4 shale cores selected from Longmaxi Formation in the southeastern Sichuan Basin was tested using " SCMS-B2 high-temperature high-pressure core multi-parameter measuring instrument". The comparative analysis of the fitting results of permeability power-law model and exponential model shows that the correlation coefficient of the power-law model is higher.Based on this,the productivity model of shale gas well with consideration of stress sensitivity is established. The productivity of C-X gas well is predicted using the productivity model with consideration of stress sensitivity,and it is compared with the productivity obtained using the productivity model without consideration of stress sensitivity. The results show that the free flow-rate of C-X gas well obtained using the productivity model with consideration of stress sensitivity is 12. 45 × 10^4m^3/ d,which is about 38. 82% of the free flow-rate obtained using the productivity model without consideration of stress sensitivity. The determined reasonable productivity of C-X gas well is( 2. 49 ~ 4. 15) × 10^4m^3/ d,and it is suggested that in the production of the well,the bottom-hole flow pressure should be slowly decreased to 20. 51 MPa from the original pressure and keep more than 17. 22 MPa.
