Under the conditions of a market economy, the rational production scale open pit mine is determined according to the market short-term plan. According to the change of demand for coal power plant to timely iden-tify mining enterprises into the rental and lease of equipment resource quantity and reference price, make full use of equipment resources of mining enterprises to maximize the benefits.
