英文摘要：
In this paper, communication dynamics on scale free networks are studied, and new resource distributing strategies based on load characteristic and degrees of nodes are proposed. Simulation results show that new strategies can improve communication capacity of networks markedly. This paper gives a reasonable explanation of the new resource distributing strategies.
