为研究TiC-Ni金属陶瓷的高温变形规律,利用Gleeble-2000热模拟实验机研究了TiC-Ni金属陶瓷的触变力学行为。通过回归分析建立了TiC—Ni在950、1000和1050℃时的粘塑性本构关系模型,并对回归方程进行了数理统计检验,检验指标在95%置信区间内可以被接受。
In order to study the high temperature thixo-forming rules of TiC-Ni cermet, the thixo-forming mechanical behavior of the TiC-Ni cermet was studied on the Gleeble-2000 material thermo-simulation machine. The visco-plastic thixo-forming constitutive model of the stress-strain at 950℃, 1000 ℃ and 1050 ℃ was set up through the regression analysis, and the regression equation was examined by mathematical statistics, its examination indexes were approved in confidence interval of 95%.
