Based on an investigation of the application of micro-blog in the colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province,the paper concludes that the application of micro-blog in colleges and universities is influenced by the level of the college/university concerned,the degree of micro-blog activity, and the length of the micro-blog＇s opening. Countermeasures are then proposed for the purpose of improving the application of micro-blog in colleges and universities.
