以三聚氰胺、间苯二酚和甲醛为原料,通过溶胶.凝胶、溶剂置换、冷冻干燥及碳化等步骤,制备三聚氰胺.间苯二酚.甲醛(MR)含氮碳气凝胶(MR-CA)。比表面积及微孔分析结果显示:MR气凝胶的孔径为5-40nm,平均孔径为15.5nm。使用旋转圆盘电极在02饱和的0.5mol/LH2SO4中对制备的催化剂进行线性扫描测试,当转速为1200r/min时,MR-CA催化剂在相同条件下的氧还原极限电流比三聚氰胺.甲醛含氮碳气凝胶(MF-CA)催化剂高4倍左右。
Melamine-resorcinol-formaldehyde(MR) nitrogen contained carbon aerogel(MR-CA) was prepared through the steps of sol-gel, solvent exchange, freeze-drying and carbonization using melamine, resorcinol and formaldehyde as raw materials. The results of specific surface area and microporous analysis showed that the pore size of MR acrogel was 5 - 40 nm, the average pore size was 15.5 nm. The linear scanning test was taken to the prepared catalysts using rotating disk electrode in 02 saturated 0.5 mol/L H2 SO4. When the rotation rate was 1 200 r/min, the oxygen reduction limiting current of MR-CA catalyst was about 4 times high- er than melamine-formaldehyde nitrogen contained carbon aerogel(MF-CA) catalyst in the same condition.
