研究了表面修饰的纳米CeO2的摩擦学性能。以溶胶一凝胶法制得纳米CeO2,并使用本实验室制得的苯并三氮唑乙酸对其进行表面修饰。采用多种测试技术对表面修饰的CeO2颗粒进行表征,并在MRS-10A四球极压抗磨损试验机上测试了其抗磨性能。结果表明,表面修饰的纳米CeO2颗粒可很好地分散于菜籽油中,作为添加剂,具有较好的抗磨效果,在392N载荷下磨斑直径减小了11.1%,较高载荷摩擦环境更适合其抗磨性能的发挥,具有重要的推广应用前景。
The tribological properties of the modified nano - CeO2 were studied in this paper. The benzotriazole acetic acid was synthesized and used as the surface modifier to modify the nano - CeO2 particles synthesized by sol - gel method. Some analytical tools were used to characterize the structure and properties of surface - modified nano - CeO2 particles . The abrasion resistance was tested by MRS - 10A four - ball taster. The results showed that the surface-modified nano - CeO2 par- ticles had good decentralization in rapeseed oil, could enhance abrasion resistance of lubricating oil and had better wear re. suits. WSD was decreased 11.1% in the load of 392 N,which indicated that the modified none-CeO2 was much more suitable for playing the anti -wear performance in the higher load , so it has a bright application prospect.
