当前,对自主创新和合作创新的研究主要集中在宏观层面（国家及行业）和企业战略层面,大量研究探讨了二者各自的定义、动力机制、影响因素以及相关的政策选择。基于情境依赖的观点,构建一个基于技术开发、关系和行业特征的分析框架,丰富和拓展了以往的研究视角,揭示了企业在特定场合下是应该选择自主创新还是合作创新。
英文摘要：
Currently,a large number of studies of independent innovation and cooperative innovation focus on the macro level and strategical views.Scholars have investigated their definitions,motivations,influencing factors and the related policy options.Based on the context dependent perspective,this paper establishes an analytical framework upon technology development,relationship and industry characteristics.The authors enrich and expand the previous views,reveal the rational selection between independent innovation and cooperative innovation under specific occasions.
