建立变速器箱体的有限元模型,并对其进行静力分析、模态分析和动态响应分析。在此基础上,以应力、位移、体积比和第1阶固有频率为约束,以组合应变能指标为目标,对结构进行静动态联合拓扑优化。根据结构优化后的材料密度分布云图对箱体进行改进设计,改进后结构减轻质量5.9%,同时,改进后结构的静动态响应分析结果表明优化后箱体结构的振动也减弱了。
A FE model for gearbox housing is built,on which static analysis,modal analysis and dynamic response analysis are conducted.On these bases a static-dynamic combined topology optimization on the structure is carried out with the stress,displacement,volume reduction ratio and 1st mode frequency as constraints and minimizing combined strain-energy index as objective.Based on the material density nephogram of optimized structure,the gearbox housing is modified,resulting in a weight reduction of 5.9 %.In addition,the results of static and dynamic response analyses on modified structure indicate that the vibration of gearbox housing is also attenuated after optimization.
