以木质生物质为原料,经过一系列化学催化反应生产运输燃料是一条新颖的技术路线。对水体系中糠醇在硫酸催化下生成的缩合产物进行表征。通过红外光谱,发现了多呋喃环的特征吸收峰,证实糠醇发生了多分子间的缩合反应。通过气质联用,分离检测到缩合产物有B(C9~C25)组分(包括二聚体、三聚体、四五聚体)和大于五聚体的C(〉C25)组分,并确定了它们的结构。其中二聚体测出了4种不同的结构:不带羟甲基的C9(D1)、带羟甲基的C10(D2)、异构的C10(D3)和含有醚键的C10(D4)。对产物B的摩尔选择性、B的三种组分以及二聚体中4种不同结构组分的含量随反应温度、时间的变化规律进行研究,结果表明,在实验范围内,B的相对质量分数均小于C;产物B中二聚体含量越少,四五聚体越多;二聚体中D2含量越少,D1含量则越大。
Producing transportation fuel from lignocellulosic biomass via a series of chemical catalytic reac tions is a new technical route.The condensation products of furfuryl alcohol (FA) in aqueous system in the presence of sulfuric acid catalyst are characterized.The characteristic absorption peaks of polyfuran ring are detected by infrared spectroscopy (IR),confirming that intermolecular condensation occurred in FA.By using GC-MS,B (C9-C25) components (dimer,trimer and tetra-pentamer) and C (〉C25) components (hexamer,heptame,etc.) in the condensation products are separated and detected,and their structures are defined.Four different structures are detected for the dimer,including C9 without hydroxymethyl group (D1),C10 with hydroxymethyl group (D2),isomerie C10 (D3) and C10 containing ether bond (D4).The variation of the molar selectivity of product B and the contents of the three components of product B and four different-structure compo- nents of the dimer with reaction temperature and reaction time is studied,and the results show that within the experimental range ,the relative mass fraction of B is less than that of C ;the lower the dimer content of product B,the more the tetra-pentamer;and the lower the D2 content of the dimer,the higher the D1 content.
