英文摘要：

This paper intends to discover the spiritual determinants which impact individual Chinese＇s philanthropy activities. By binary Logistic regression and general linear regression with 613 sample of employees, results indicate employing organization＇s philanthropic climate and family＇s philanthropic climate, individual self-interdependent, political belief and religious belief have positive effects on some facets of participation in philanthropy. Specifically, family＇s philanthropic climate has the biggest effect, and employing organization＇s philanthropic climate is the second.
