个体参与慈善活动对促进社会和谐具有重要意义。但平均而言,中国人的慈善参与水平低于美国等西方发达国家。本研究试图以精神为主线揭开影响中国员工慈善参与水平的因素。通过对613个员工样本数据的二元Logistic回归和普通线性回归发现,单位慈善氛围、家庭慈善氛围、个人相依我程度、宗教信仰和政治面貌分别对个人慈善参与水平(是否参与慈善,慈善支出水平,慈善志愿时间,将来参与慈善可能性)的全部要素或部分要素有显著正向影响。其中,家庭慈善氛围的作用尤为突出,单位慈善氛围次之。最后探讨了研究结果,提出了实践与研究建议。
This paper intends to discover the spiritual determinants which impact individual Chinese's philanthropy activities. By binary Logistic regression and general linear regression with 613 sample of employees, results indicate employing organization's philanthropic climate and family's philanthropic climate, individual self-interdependent, political belief and religious belief have positive effects on some facets of participation in philanthropy. Specifically, family's philanthropic climate has the biggest effect, and employing organization's philanthropic climate is the second.
