Association of Serum Dkk-1 Levels with β-catenin in Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的:观察古方青娥丸治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症血清患者癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1),β-链蛋白(β-catenin)及骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:将80例绝经后骨质疏松患者随机分为青娥丸治疗组(试验组)及安慰剂对照组(对照组),治疗6个月。分别在治疗前、服药6个月后检测患者血清中CEACAM1及β-catenin水平,双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测定腰椎正位、股骨颈、Ward's三角和大粗隆的BMD。结果:试验组患者血清CEACAM1和β-catenin的水平明显增加(P〈0.01),对照组CEACAM1和β-catenin水平无明显变化。试验组BMD较治疗前无明显变化(P〉0.05),对照组BMD较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论:青娥丸能够提高绝经后骨质疏松患者血清CEACAM1和β-catenin的水平,并能有效维持绝经后骨质疏松患者的骨密度。

英文摘要:

Objective:To observe the effect of ancient recipe Qing'e pill on serum carcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1),beta chain protein(β-catenin)and bone mineral density(BMD)in patients with postmenopausal steoporosis.Methods:All 80 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into Qing'e pill treatment group and placebo control group(control group),and they were treated for 6months.The serum CEACAM1andβ-catenin levels were detected before treatment and 6months after treatment respectively.The BMD of lumbar spine,femoral neck,Ward's triangle and greater trochanter were determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA).Results:The levels of serum CEACAM1andβ-catenin were significantly increased in the experimental group(P〈0.01),while the levels of CEACAM1andβ-catenin were not changed in the control group.The BMD of Qing'e pill treatment group had no obvious change than before treatment(P〉0.05),and BMD in the placebo group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Qing'e pill can improve postmenopausal osteoporosis patients' serum CEACAM1andβ-catenin levels,and it can maintain the bone density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients effectively.
