Based on C. Freeman＇s definition of technological innovation vation motivation. Through the model, it raises the judgment standard it establishes the model of technological innotechnological innovation. By article studies the preference of technological innovation mode choice systematically under threatened mon standard, the opoly market. Under threatened monopoly market, the choice preference of technological innovation mode is related to the product capacity of new entering enterprise. If the capacity of new entering product is powerful, enterprise will choose process innovation. If the capacity of new entering product is weak, enterprise will choose product innovation.
