基于行为经济学的禀赋效应前沿理论,归纳和梳理出一般物品交易中禀赋效应的影响因素,进而将其应用于我国农地流转的交易情境下,从人地依赖关系、人地权利关系维度构建一个农地流转中禀赋效应影响因素的理论分析框架,并且分析了禀赋效应影响机制的代际差异,从而从农民与农地之间的行为心理特征角度,丰富和拓展农地流转问题研究的理论视角,为推进农地流转市场发育的政策制定提供新的思路和方法。
英文摘要：
Based on the frontier theory of the endowment effect in behavioral economics,this paper first summarizes and organizes the influencing factors of endowment effect in general goods trading and then applies it to rural land circulation.From a theoretical analysis framework about the influencing factors of endowment effect of the rural land circulation in China,this paper thus enriches and expands the theoretical perspectives in rural land circulation problems and provides new thinking and ways to promote the policy making in market development of rural land circulation.
