According to the basic theory of GM （1,1）, on the basis of the statistics collected from 2006 to 2010 of telecommunications business, this paper builds GM （1,1） model to forecast the service revenue of mobile phone in the 12th five-year. This example analysis shows that this GM （1,1） model has high predictive accuracy. Chinese mobile phone call traffic is high growth during the 12th five-year.
