冠层节肢动物是森林生态系统的关键调节因子,在探讨气候变化对生态系统的影响、森林生态系统功能的稳定与平衡、生物多样性保护措施等全球性生物学热点问题中具有重要研究价值,是较为理想的研究对象。然而,由于研究手段和技术装备的制约,森林冠层节肢动物的研究进展缓慢。近几十年来,随着研究技术和取样设备的不断升级完善,该领域的研究才有了比较快速的发展。本文简要回顾了森林冠层节肢动物研究技术的发展史,列举并比较了各阶段的主要技术及其特点,概括了目前国内外森林冠层节肢动物研究技术应用的现状,并对未来该领域的研究技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
As a key regulatory factor in forest ecosystem, canopy arthropods are ideal materials in studying global biologi- cal hot questions such as the effect of climate change to ecosystems, the stability and balance of forest ecosystem function, and the measures for biodiversity conservation. However, the development of canopy arthropods research was slow due to the limitation of method and technology. In recent decades, upgraded techniques and sampling equipments greatly facilitated the development of this research field. In this study, the developments of techniques in researching canopy arthropods were re- viewed, and the main techniques and their characteristics in different historical period were listed and compared. Moreover, the present statuses of research techniques were summarized and their future developments were prospected.
