在采用丁二腈-水透明模型合金对半固态处理过程中的组织形成实时观察试验研究的基础上,结合现有理论对 球晶形成的机理进行分析。结果表明球晶是由液相形核生长产生的,使由于半固态搅拌改变了凝固界面前沿的凝固条件, 使得凝固核心能够保持球形稳定生长,而非由以往所认为的球晶形成机制-断裂的枝晶钝化形成。
The microstructures obtained during the semisolid metal processing make up of spheres, rosette like crystals but not the very fine dendritic microstructure. Due to the complex of the study, the fundamental understanding of the particle formation is very poor. On the condition of the transparent model alloy experiments, the analyses show that the globular crystals form from the direct nucleation from the liquid phase, instead of from passivation or fragments of broken dendrites.
