构建了一个与项目群治理体系相适应的集成管理整合模型,划分出组织管理层次、制度层次、集成管理层次三个可延展的层次,以便对项目集成的有效管理框架起到制度支撑作用。在此基础上,通过对项目价值提升的集成理论的分类研究,引入针对复杂建设项目群物理系统、技术作业、专业部门和组织总体发展进行研究的各集成体系(接口集成、管理要素集成、产业链集成体系)。最后探讨建立项目群治理框架下集成管理实现模式的计划内容及控制原理。
First of all, this paper constructs a base model of the integrated management with the program governance system, then it carves out the organization - level and system - level and integration - level of the three hier- archies to manage an integrated project framework for effective management systems. On basis of these, it analyzes the integration theory to enhance the value of the project. Considering complex physical systems group of large - scale construction projects, technical operations, professional departments and the overall development of organiza- tions, it introduces the integrated system (interface integration, elements of management integration, industry Chain Integration System). Finally, it establishes the integrated management plans and control theory based on programme governance framework.
