针对电网调峰任务日益突出问题,通过对水电站运行方式和负荷分配方法研究,从水火协调实际应用出发,分析了传统水电负荷分配方式及存在的局限性,提出结合电网系统负荷特性、水电站调节性能及所处空间位置的水电站分类负荷分配模型和方法。所提方法尽可能使水电参与调峰,尤其平衡系统局部峰值,保证余留给火电的负荷平稳不变或者变化不频繁。通过贵州电网实际运行检验,所提方法有效合理。
Traditional distribution of hydropower load and its limitation are analyzed in terms of hydrothermal coordination scheduling and the increasingly prominent problem in the task of peak regulation.A classified load distribution model and method for hydropower stations are proposed.This model can combine the load of power network system,the regulation performance of hydropower station and its regional location.The new method allows the hydropower′s participation in peak regulation;particularly,its function in balancing partial peak assures the thermal power load to be steady or to change infrequently.The method is shown effective and reasonable by a practical application to the Guizhou power network.
