受船舶行为的复杂性和航路选择的多样性等多种复杂因素的影响,开展内河水网航道通过能力研究的难度与复杂程度较高.基于此,以浙江省湖州内河水网为例,通过SIVAK软件,仿真正常情形(双向通航)和交通管制情形(单向通航、停航或混合通航模式)等,得到船舶容量、等待时间和平均速度等内容的仿真结果.该研究可为水网中复杂交通机理探索、交通瓶颈成因分析和交通管理服务等提供借鉴和参考.
Because of the complexity of ship behavior and diversity of route choices, it is challenging to investigate the traffic capacity of the inland waterways networks. The work has been done on a city-wide inland waterway network in the North region of Zhejiang Province is demonstrated. The traffic flow in this network is simulated with SIVAK software. The simulation studies different scenarios, e.g. , normal ( two-lane shipping) and traffic control ( one-lane shipping, suspended and hybrid mode) and illustrates vessel capacity, waiting time, and mean velocity in each scenario. The study will help to explore complicated traffic mechanism, causes of potential bottlenecks and strategies of traffic management.
