针对制造企业产品零部件生产过程中质量信息复杂、质量控制难度大的问题,提出了基于质量基因的质量控制理论方法。该理论以构建制造企业产品质量基因控制模型为基础,综合运用了质量基因、质量管理理论和技术。介绍了基于质量基因控制理论下的质量基因提取、质量基因存储与转换、质量基因过程监控及质量基因质量诊断等关键技术,为实现产品零部件制造的高精度和数字化加工提供了途径。
To solve the problems of quality information complexity and quality control difficulty in manufacturing enterprises, quality control theory based on quality gene was put forward. This theory dealt mainly with constructing and running of a quality control model based on quality genes, integrat- ed several technologies such as quality gene, quality management and so on. Furthermore, some of the key technologies were studied in detail, including extracting quality gene, storaging and transfor- ming quality gene, process monitoring quality gene, diagnosing quality gene. This mode provides a way to achieve a high precision, digital processing.
