旋转带蒸馏是一种新型的高真空分离技术,它对沸点相近或热敏性液体混合物具有极佳的分离效果在自行设计和建立的旋转带蒸馏冷模实验装置上,利用高频相机连拍技术对塔内壁液体流动形态进行实验观察和记录,得到了不同工况下塔壁液体的流动形态.通过无因次雷诺数建立塔壁液体流动形态的数学模型,得到了塔壁液体流动形态具有普适性意义的经验关联式,为旋转带蒸馏塔的流体流动和传质研究打下基础
Spinning band distillation(SBD) is a new separation technology,which can be applied to separate liquid compounds with the properties of close boiling point and thermo-sensitiveness. A model installation of SBD was designed and set for the measurement of fluid flow regimes. The high-speed camera was employed to record and study the liquid flow regimes on the wall of SBD column,and the photographs of liquid flow regimes were screened under different operational conditions. Moreover, a mathematical model of liquid flow regimes by Reynolds number was developed,and then a normal empirical formula for transition of different liquid flow regimes on the wall of SBD column was obtained,which will be a foundation for further studies on liquid flow and mass transfer of SBD.
