目的:设计一种可用于实验动物猕猴的生理参数采集装置,可采集心电、呼吸、体位/体动信号。方法:采用体表电位提取技术采集动物的心电信号,采用呼吸感应体积描记技术来提取胸腹呼吸运动,通过三维加速度传感器的三轴输出量来获得体位/体动信号。结果:在动物实验中成功采集到了自由活动猕猴的生理参数,并将其存储于安全数码卡(secure digital memory card,SD)文件系统中,保证了实验数据的完整准确。结论:该装置能够采集自由活动状态下动物的生命体征,经过改制后亦可用于人类,在动物医学及低负荷监测技术领域有着广阔的应用前景。
Objective To design a physiological parameters acquisition device for collecting the experimental macaques' signals of ECG, respiration, body position and movement. Methods The device adopted body surface potential extraction technology to gather ECG signal, and respiratory inductive plethysmography to extract thorax and abdomen breathing movements, output of the tri-axial accelerometer to get body position and movement signal. Results Physiological parameters of freely movable macaques were successfully acquired in animal experiment, and the data stored in the SD card file system were complete and accurate. Conclusion The device can gather vital signs of freely movable animal, even human after retrofitting, and has broad application prospects in the field of animal medicine and low-load monitoring technology.
