A approach for T--S fuzzy fault tree analysis is presented. By introducing the fuzzy logic and T--S model,the new fuzzy fault tree analysis is capable of handling the fuzzy information. An example of T--S fuzzy fault tree analysis of ＂gear pump＂ is illustrated. The result shows that the method is flexible and adaptive.
