研究了氯霉素(CAP)分子印迹聚合物(MIP)的合成及其在固相萃取(SPE)中的应用,并对保留机理进行了探讨,结果显示,MIP应用到固相萃取过程中对CAP有较好的保留性能.
This paper briefly introduce the design,preparation of chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymers and its application in solid phase extraction(SPE). The results show that chloramphenicol is well selected and retained on the columns of the corresponding molecularly imprinted polymers.
