本研究发现,用黄瓜亲和病原菌——细菌性角斑病病菌诱导接种后可以使黄瓜叶片产生系统抗病性,诱导抗病效果与诱导间隔期有关,其中以间隔24和48h效果较好。诱导接种后,接种叶片及其上位、下位叶片(未经诱导处理的叶片)中抗性相关物质(如H2O2、NO2^-)含量、脂氧合酶(LOX)活性均比对照有明显提高;信号物质水杨酸(SA)含量与未经诱导接种的叶片也有明显变化,证实信号物质水杨酸在亲和病原菌诱导抗病作用中起到抗病信息传递的作用。
Systemic resistance of cucumber can be evoked when only one of the leaves inoculated by Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans, and the effect of protection is related with induced intervals, interval 24, 48 h has better effect. After induced inoculating, the content or activity of hydrogen peroxide ( H2 O2 ), superoxide anion ( NO2^- ), lipoxygenase (LOX) in inoculated leaf and it's upper, lower leaf ( non-induced leaf) were much higher than the control. Meanwhile, the content of salicylic acid increase obviously.
