智慧城市建设是一个综合性区域信息化发展过程,是在城市化与信息化融合等背景下,围绕改善民生、增强企业竞争力来促进城市可持续发展。基于2005—2014年智慧城市发展的相关数据,采用自组织特征映射模型与社会网络分析法对四川省8个城市的发展水平与发展路径进行了对比研究。研究发现,四川省智慧城市发展具有中心城市示范、特色城市协同的特点。最后,对四川乃至我国智慧城市的发展提出建设性意见。

英文摘要：

Smart city was a comprehensive regional information development process which promoted the sustainable development of cities by fo-cusing on improving people＇s livelihood and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises under the background of urbanization and information inte-gration. In this paper, self- organizing feature mapping model and social network analysis were adopted to research the development levels and pathsof 8 cities in Sichuan Province based on the relevant data between 2005 to 2014, and got the conclusion of the pilot effect and the characteristic devel-opment of the smart cities＇ development in Sichuan Province, and then put forward guiding suggestions to the development of smart cities in our countryaccording to the research conclusion.
