As the major part of College English reform,WALL（Web Assisted Language Learning） has brought about great vital force to College English teaching and learning.This paper analyzed the connotation of Bi-Subject Teaching Model.Based upon relevant theories and College English teaching,the paper discussed the practice and application of Bi-Subject Teaching Model based on WALL,and some suggestions were also put forward on how to found best learning circumstances and value the learning achievements.
