某生态型垃圾中转站为半地下结构,屋面种植绿化,荷载大、防渗漏要求高,因此,裂缝控制问题变得十分重要.对混凝土结构可能出现裂缝的原因逐一分析,并给出相应的解决办法.结果表明:原材料合理选择,配合比科学优化,添加膨胀剂、减水剂,保温保湿养护,掺加适量的粉煤灰等措施都能有效控制裂缝出现.针对临海粉煤灰吹填区1909根预制混凝土方桩对大体积地下混凝土结构的约束问题,采取了专门防裂措施,并制定出相应的施工方案.结果表明该方法有效地控制了裂缝的出现,提高了结构的耐久性能.
One ecotype garbage transfer station is a semi-underground structure with an open garden roof, because of heavy load and high leak-proof requirements, crack control of the con- crete structures turns to be more important. According to the real project, the reason of con- crete crack is analyzed generally, and provides corresponding solutions. Results show that reasonable selection of raw materials, optimization mix, expansion adding agent and water re- ducing agent, warm keeping and moisture curing preserveing can effectively control cracks appearance. Due to the restricted problem of precast concrete square pile of the underground mass concrete structure in the fly ash dredger fill area, measures of special construction have been taken. Therefore, the racks are well controlled and the durability of the transfer station is enhanced.
