目的:以21种不同产地的延胡索中药色谱指纹图谱为基础,采用化学计量学方法对其进行化学模式识别,并对不同的化学模式识别方法进行比较。方法:将指纹图谱信息进行预处理,经过峰对齐及标准化后,用MATLAB数据处理软件进行模式识别分析。结果:对21种样品进行了分类和鉴别,采用此方法所得结果与实际相符合。结论:本文方法结果可靠,可用于不同产地的中药延胡索的分类和鉴别。
Objective: Discussed in this paper is the application of chemometrics technique: chemical pattern recognition for classify chromatographic fingerprinst of 21 batches of Rhizom Corydalis from different habitats ,and compare with different method of chemical pattern recognition. Methods: Pretreat the chromatographic fingerprint of 21 batches of samples at first, after the process of peak alignment and normalization, chemical pattern recognition process was carried out with MATLAB. Results:The results obtained are accord with the known ones. Conclusion: This method is reliable, and can be used for classify Rhizom Corydalis from different habitats.
