运用紫外光辐照的方法对羊毛纤维表面预处理,采用不同工艺使其与载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂复合,制备抗菌羊毛纤维.分别以大肠杆菌(ATCC 8099)和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)为实验菌种,对抗菌羊毛纤维进行抗菌性能的测试.实验结果表明:采用'UV处理后的羊毛在抗菌功能溶液中浸渍,再进行二次辐射,最后洗涤干燥'的工艺较好,该工艺制备的抗菌羊毛纤维,接枝吸附率较高,抗菌效果较明显,在洗涤30次后,仍具有良好的抗菌性.
