通过差示扫描量热、力学性能和热变形温度等测试研究了成核剂和聚乙二醇的加入对聚乳酸耐热性和韧性的影响.在此基础上,采用多层共挤出技术制备了16层的增韧层/耐热层交替层状聚乳酸材料,并对该材料的层结构、韧性和耐热性进行了表征.结果表明:制备的层状结构可以有效地同步提高聚乳酸的韧性和耐热性。
In this paper, differential scanning calorimeter, mechanical properties and heat distortion temperature test were employed to investigate the effect of nucleating agent and polyethylene glycol on the heat- resistance and toughness of poly(lactic acid). Furthermore, the poly(lactic acid) material with 16 layers of alternating structure of toughness layers/heat-resistance layers was prepared by muhilayered co-extrusion technology. The layer structure, toughness and heat-resistance property were investigated. The result showed that a significant improvement of both toughness and heat-resistance was obtained due to the unique alternating muhilayered structure.
