智能电网信息化和智能化发展要求电网对多源多维、海量复杂的电网信息数据进行实时处理、快速分析以完成电网的智能决策和及时调控。本文开展了面向实时监测信息的基于多智能体技术的智能电网信息管理研究。首先探析了智能电网信息化和智能化实现的重要性和技术支撑,继而提出了基于多智能体技术的智能电网信息管理系统的框架结构,并重点阐述了该系统中设备级、子系统级以及总系统级智能体的设计和功能,最后给出了基于多智能体技术的信息管理系统的实现算法,并利用测试实例进行了系统功能的验证和分析。本文的研究工作为智能电网信息化及智能化实现提供了技术支持。
The development of smart grid informatization and intellectualization requires real-time processing and fast analyzing of multi-source and multi-dimensional, massive and complex information data of power grid to achieve intel- ligent decision-making and timely dispatching of smart grid. In this paper, the information management of smart grid o- rienting to real-time monitoring information is studied based on multi-agent technology. Firstly, the significance and technical support for realizing informatization and intellec- tualization of smart grid are discussed. Then, the frame- work of information management system of smart grid is presented based on multi-agent technology, and relative de- sign methods and functions of Agents in device level, subsys- tem level and system level are mainly studied. In the end, the algorithms of implementing the information manage- ment system are given based on multi-agent technology, and system functions are testified amples.
