应用电中性方程离解理论,建立了氨法脱硫洗涤液离子浓度与pH值的确定性模型,并对其影响因素进行了讨论。研究表明:离子平衡值等于或者接近于1.0时,模型能准确描述氨法脱硫洗涤液各离子浓度与pH值的确定性关系;碱性离子与酸性离子相对浓度与pH值的相关点分布呈现一种随着碱性离子与酸性离子相对浓度增大,pH值下降的趋势。模型可作为氨法脱硫洗涤液pH值的合理判据。结合试验研究得到洗涤液硫元素存在形态与pH值之间的关系,提出模型修正方法。
Based on neutral equations dissociated theory,the model was established to describe the relationship between ion concentration of ammonia desulphurization detergent and pH,and its influencing factors were discussed.The results show that when ionic balance value is equal to or close to 1.0,the model can accurately describe the relations of the ions concentration and pH of desulphuring cleaning mixture.With acid ion and alkaline ion concentration increasing,pH values present a trend to decrease.The model can be used as a reasonable criteria to evaluate pH value of ammonia desulphurization detergent.The diagram between sulfur elements and pH value was obtained with the experimental study,and the model modification methods were put forward.
