以MoSi2粉体为原料,分别在1400、1500、1600、1700℃温度下,0.9MPa氮气气氛条件下保温3h,研究了MoSi2的高温氮化行为。XRD、SEM和EDS研究结果表明:MoSi2的氮化产物主要有Mo5Si3和Si3N4,同时还有SiO2和Si2N2O生成,氮化生成的Si3N4呈针柱状。MoSi2氮化后生成的Si3N4的量随氮化温度的升高而增加。
The nitridation behavior of MoSi2 was investigated in nitrogen atmosphere under the pressure of 0.9 MPa, respectively at 1400, 1500, 1600 and 1700 ℃ for 3 h. XRD, SEM and EDS results showed that the final production consisted mainly of Mo5Si3 and Si3N4. Small amounts of SiO2 and Si2N2O were also identified in the nitriding samples. Si3N4 content increased with the increase of nitriding temperature. The morphology of Si3N4 grains was needle-like.
