设计了一种超宽带相位梯度超表面,在电磁波垂直照射条件下能够在15~20 GHz频段内观察到明显的奇异反射现象。提出了一种双"工"型亚波长结构的单元,且不同尺寸单元的反射相位差在设计频段内基本保持不变,保证了其超宽带工作。利用该单元设计了单元数为31×30,尺寸为186 mm×180 mm的相位梯度超表面,并在15 GHz,17.5 GHz,20 GHz 3个频点观察到了明显的奇异反射现象,验证了所设计超表面的宽带特性。最后,对该超表面进行了加工并测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好。
In this paper,a broadband gradient metasurface( GM) is presented and obvious anomalous reflection from15 GHz to 20 GHz under normal incident wave can be observed. A kind of subwave length structure unit cell of dual " 工" is demonstrated and the phase difference between neighbouring cells is almost invariable in the designed frequency spectrum,which keeps working in a broadband. A GM with 31×30 unitcells and 186 mm×180 mm square is designed based on the proposed unitcell. Obvious anomalous reflection is observed at 15 GHz,17. 5 GHz and 20 GHz,which validates the broadband speciality of designed metasurface. Lastly,measurements and EM simulations are in a good agreement with theoretical predictions.
