为了考察臭氧催化氧化深度处理工艺对造纸废水的处理效果,采用臭氧单独氧化、O3/H202、O3/CeO2及O3/AC技术,考察其对水中UV254 COD的去除效果,同时分析了H2O2投加量对O3/H2O2氧化造纸废水效果的影响.实验结果表明,臭氧氧化具有很好的脱色及氧化水中UV254的效果;在本试验条件下,原水经过臭氧氧化10min便可以完全褪去,UV254去除率最高可达58%左右;在O3/H2O2深度处理过程中,增加H2O2,投加量只是略微提高了UV254去除率,但COD去除率反而降低.所以,在臭氧氧化某些造纸废水时,并不需要采用臭氧催化氧化技术,单独臭氧氧化便可以达到较理想效果.
In order to investigate the treatment effect of the advanced oxidation processes of papermaking wastewater treatment catalytic ozonation efficiency, the experiments were carried out using ozone alone, O3/H202, O3/CeO2 and O3/AC technology to study UV254, COD removal and effect of the dosage of H2O2. The results indicated that ozone oxidation had better decoloration and removal effect of UV254. Under this experimental condition, the color of the wastewater was completely faded after 10 rain oxidation, and the removal of UV254was up to 58%. With increasing the dosage of n2O2 by O3/H2O2, the removal of UV254increased only slightly, but the COD removal was decreased. Therefore, the catalytic ozonation was not re- quired and ozone alone may achieve better results when the use of ozone for papermaking wastewater treatment.
