近年来,温室气体排放引起的环境问题愈加严重,使人类深陷"环境困局"。而城市是温室气体排放的主要源地,因此选择何种发展路径实现城市低碳发展、缓解环境压力成为人们关注的热点。本文运用LEAP模型对山东半岛地区在发展中的蓝色海洋经济路径进行了模拟,定量分析了蓝色海洋经济情景下的低碳发展效果。结果表明,在选择蓝色海洋路径下,山东半岛地区的能源消耗和碳排放均能够实现较大幅度的下降,实现很好的低碳发展效果。
In recent years,the environmental problem caused by greenhouse gas emissions is even more serious,which has seriously affected human life.City accounts for a large proportion of greenhouse gas emissions,therefore it has become the focus of attention to choose right path for resolving the environmental problem in the process of urbanization.LEAP model is chosen for simulating the development path of blue ocean economy in Shandong Peninsula,so the effect of low-carbon development in the blue ocean economy scenarios can be quantified.The results show that the number of energy consumption and carbon emissions is able to achieve a more substantial decline when the path of blue ocean economy is chosen.So the development of blue ocean economy can bring ideal low-carbon effect.
