对原位反应制备的(TiB,TiC)/Ti1100复合材料进行了热氢处理,用XRD对不同氢含量复合材料进行了物相分析,用光学显微镜研究了氢元素的加入对复合材料显微组织的影响,并测定了相变温度。结果表明:随着氢含量的增加,α-Ti和β-Ti相的衍射峰有向低角度偏移的趋势,晶界处逐渐析出氢化物,复合材料的相变温度逐渐下降,并且基体钛合金的晶粒有所细化。
The thermohydrogen treatment on (TiB,TiC)/Ti1100 composites fabricated by in situ reaction was studied. The phase analysis was carried out on the composites with different hydrogen contents by XRD, and the effect of hydrogen on the microstructure of the composites was investigated with optical microscopy. Besides, the transformation temperature was detected. The results indicate that with increasing the hydrogen concentration, the diffractive peaks of α-Ti and β-Ti phase deflected to the low angle and hydride precipitated on grain boundaries gradually. The transformation temperature of the composites declined and grains of the substrate Ti alloy defined slightly.
