研究了建筑夜间通风降温特性及其控制方法.选择长沙地区2种不同功能类型的房间作为研究对象,利用建筑能耗模拟分析软件DeST,分析了通风换气时间、换气次数与排风温度之间的关系,研究了不同类型建筑夜间通风降温规律.结果表明,建筑夜间通风的排风温度随通风时间呈对数变化规律;以通风能效最优为目标时,夜间通风存在换气次数和通风时间最优组合,并得到了这个最优组合的确定方法.并4用该方法可以实现以通风能效最高为目标的通风系统运行的最优控制.
The cooling characteristics of night ventilation and control method were studied. Two rooms with different functions in Changsha were selected as the research objects, which were simulated by DeST, respectively.By analyzing the relationships among ventilation time, air exchange frequency and exhaust temperature, the cooling characteristics of night ventilation for different buildings can be obtained. The re- sults show that the exhaust temperature varies logarithmically with ventilation time. A method to determine the optimal combination between air changes and ventilation time under taking the same waste heat of room can be obtained when the optimal ventilation energy efficiency is taken as the goal. By using this method, the optimal control of the ventilation system operation can be achieved for the highest ventilation energy efficiency.The method and the results are available for the optimal design and operation of the night ventilation system.
