基于头身尾三段结构的基因表达式程序设计方法,提出一种改进算法。新算法有三大改进:(1)采用模拟退火选择策略避免早熟;(2)用基因库技术保存优势基因,既加速了算法的收敛性,又提高了解的质量;(3)使用二次演化进一步提高解的精度.符号回归实验结果表明,新算法比原基因表达式程序设计算法和遗传程序设计算法收敛更快,精度更高。
An enhanced algorithm based on Gene Expression Programming(GEP), where each gene consists of three segments, was proposed. Compared with the original, it has three characteristics as follows: (1) avoiding prematurity by simulating Annealing; (2) using gene pool to conserve dominant genes, and thus it not only speeds up the convergence, but also improves the solution's quality; (3) using twice evolution to improve the precision. The experiments show that the new algorithm is not only better than the original algorithm of GEP but also better than the algorithm of genetic programming.
