Based on Ouyang Shou-cheng theory and principles of meteorology, taking JiuQuan Station as an example, using formation of diagrams, these information was digitized and made multiple linear regression analysis, the stepwise regression equation was established. The results show that emergence of dust wind is correlated with 850hPa humidity, 700hPa wind speed, starting position and thickness of unstable layer, the rolling flow. Test forecast is effective by this equation.
