牛支原体病是由牛支原体引起的,以肺炎、结膜炎、关节炎、中耳炎等为主要临床症状的疾病,世界范围内普遍存在。牛支原体的致病机理和毒力相关因子还不是很清楚,但有研究发现可变表面脂蛋白、黏附因子等可能与致病性相关。目前国内外用于确诊牛支原体病的主要方法包括病原体的分离鉴定、核酸诊断和血清学检测等;牛支原体疫苗被认为可以刺激机体产生可检测的Ig M、Ig G1、Ig G2、和Ig A等抗体反应。预防该病可通过加强牛群引进及饲养管理,对已发病牛群进行疫病控制与治疗等综合防控措施来实现。
Mycoplasma bovis disease is caused by Mycoplasma bovis,it can lead to pneumonia,conjunctivitis,arthritis,otitis media,etc.,and exist all over the world.The pathogenesis and virulent related factors are not clear now,but it was reported that Vsp and adhesion factors may related with the pathogenesis.Currently,pathogen isolation,nucleic acid diagnosis and serologic test are used for diagnosis;vaccine is proved to induce Ig M,Ig G1,Ig G2 and Ig A for detecting antibody level.To prevent this diesease,it was suggested that,strengthen the introduction and management of cattle,control and therapy the diseased cattle are very important and helpful.
