This paper proposes that we should introduce advanced concepts of world - renowned universities＇postgraduate education, enhance the ability of mentors, perfect mentor collective group training and strengthen the enterprise - university - institute united cultivation. It is suggested that graduates be encouraged to entrepreneurs, professional postgraduate education be developed, and a scientific evaluation system of the graduate education quality should be established in our country.
