重型变速器在研发过程中,需要进行一定的载荷循环次加载疲劳寿命试验,以验证内部齿轮、轴、轴承、箱体等零部件以及整体系统的可靠性。为了适应重型变速器所需的大功率、大转矩疲劳寿命试验,设计了基于共直流母线能量回收技术的电力封闭式疲劳寿命试验系统。试验系统以工控机和PLC为集中控制核心单元,采用西门子S120多传动变频调速系统对试验变速器进行拖动和加载。测控系统软件集成了试验流程管理、试验自动过程控制、多线程信号监测、试验过程数据自动存储等先进技术,提高了测试工作的自动化水平和可靠性。试验运行结果显示该疲劳寿命试验系统稳定可靠,操作方便,控制精度高。
During the development process of heavy transmission, a cyclic loading fatigue life test is required to carry out in a certain load to verify the reliability of the internal gear, shaft, bearing, box, and the overall system. In order to adapt the needs of high power and big torque fatigue life test of heavy transmission, an electric - closed fatigue life test system based on energy recovery technology of common DC bus is designed. The test system takes industrial control computer and PLC as the centralized control core unit and uses the SIEMENS S120 multi drive variable frequency speed control system to carry on the drive and load to the test trans- mission. The advanced technologies is integrated into the testing and control system, such as test process management, test automatic process control, multi thread signal monitoring, testing process data automatic storage, etc. The automation level and reliability of the testing work is improved. The test results show that the fatigue life test system is stable, reliable, convenient operation and at high control precision.
