为了解决传统针灸培养模式中初学者只有理论训练而没有实践训练的问题,结合信息技术和医学技术开展虚拟针灸训练系统的研究与实践。针对针灸治疗视觉过程中皮肤下陷和皮肤旋转两种物理现象,通过数学物理建模方法在三角形网格皮肤模型上建立物理模型。利用Java3D建立虚拟针灸场景,并对所治疗的穴位点进行拾取,随后运用JOGL(Java Bindings for OpenGL)呈现针灸治疗视觉全过程,并根据训练者操作过程进行评判。通过整合各个功能模块,在NetBeans IDE下开发出一套虚拟针灸训练平台,供针灸训练人员进行操作,评测训练人员的针灸水平。虚拟针灸训练系统的研究和实践对于降低实习针灸师医疗事故出现率具有重要的实际意义和应用价值。
To solve the problem that the acupuncture learners have few practical training in the traditional acupuncture training pattern,the research and practice of virtual acupuncture training system were conducted combining modern information science and medical technology.By using mathematical physics modeling method to build the physical model on the triangular mesh model of human skin,the skin subsidence and rotation procedure were simulated.And Java3D was adopted to build the virtual acupuncture scene and the acupuncture points were picked up,and then JOGL(Java Bindings for OpenGL) was utilized to render the whole procedure of acupuncture therapy.On NetBeans IDE,each functional module was integrated to develop a virtual acupuncture training system that trains the acupuncture learners and values their acupuncture skills.Research and practice of virtual acupuncture training simulation has a significant value of reducing the risks of medical negligence caused by acupuncture learners.
